Genio Digitale is one of the first products in Italy to digitize administrative procedures, allowing new means of communication and interaction between the Public Administration and citizens in providing building permit services. This workflow automation manages all document flows for both regional and municipal administrative processes.
It is intuitive and very simple to use: via a web portal, the citizen or professional (architect, surveyor, engineer, etc.) submits applications at any time, uploading required documents directly on the portal. The first available agent handles the application to issue the final permit. Citizens can access their application at any time to view its real-time status during both the design and construction phases (start of works notification, MSW, inspection, compliance, etc.).

This module appends digital signatures and time stamps with no need to install specific hardware. Digital signatures are available anytime and anywhere. Time stamps assign a reliable date and time to electronic documents.
Filing of all documents produced and received in accordance with laws in force. The most common functions can be used via an easy and intuitive interface, and a preview of the document to be filed can be displayed on the file mask.
